Proper training is critical in any profession and that’s why Pacific Floor Products offers Trustor “Wearmax” factory certified training classes know as ACE (Applicator Certified Excellence).
Pacific Floor Products believes in making convenience a part of your business and that why we come to you to train. Why waste money on flying your staff to other states when we can come to you and save you time and money?
About the ACE (Applicator Certified Excellence):
What is the program?
ACE is a training program for the purpose of certifying applicators to apply the Wearmax products in order to provide a warranted application.
What is the curriculum?
The certification will be held at a distributor location where candidates will:
- Learn how to apply all Trustor Coatings products on test panels.
- Receive "hands on" time coating with all Wearmax product with a strong focus on Ceramic application techniques and product technical information. On the job application is also part of the training, we will make every attempt to provide part of the training on an actual job site for a "True" coating experience
How long is the program?
Typical training sessions are one day.
What is the cost and who is responsible for those costs?
- The training program cost is $250 per class, per person.
- Any travel expenses are in addition to the training program.
What does the student or company get once they are certified?
The student will be listed on the Trustor Coatings website as an ACE applicator. All questions will be forwarded to the ACE people for follow up. Additionally, all those who become certified will be provided a certificate of completion for the ACE program and will receive a picture ID card to identify them as an ACE certified applicator. In addition each student will receive a tool kit required for applying ceramic valued at over $200. Only certified applicators can offer Trustor warranties on ceramic finish.
Does attendance guarantee certification?
NO! each student must pass and be able to expertly apply the Wearmax products as determined buy the Trustor certified trainer.
What if the student does not pass the training program?
The student may attend another scheduled session if and when the schedule allows. In the event that an additional training needs to be scheduled all expenses are the responsibility of the trainee and/or company.
Who owns the certification?
The certification is owned by whoever pays for the program. If a certified employee leaves the company, the certification stays with the company that paid for the program. If the employee paid for the certification, the employee keeps the certification.
Scheduling
Due to very busy training schedules it is suggested that you contact Pacific Floor Products at least 60 days prior to training. Requests made less than 60 days may incur additional "rush" scheduling fees. To schedule training please call 1-800-833-2189.
